Behind a secret door lies our private dining room / wine cellar. A rustic table made from 5m long single lengths of Jarrah, Spotted Gum and other Australian natives seats 18 people in possibly Brisbane’s most private dining rooms.
The cellar holds a range of wines form late 60’s and 70’s iconic Australian wines through great cellar finds and large format bottles.
Adjacent to the Champagne Garden, The Cuban lounge can be accessed via the bar or on weekends from the entry off Constance St (early 2018).
Enjoy an undercover area with its own bar and on specific night a selection of cigars from around the world.
Baedeker’s largest function space is able to cater for up to 100 people for sit down functions or up to 150 people for cocktail functions.
The room features another entrance separate to the bar if required or entry via the bar. Timber bi fold doors, formerly the front doors form iconic Brett’s Wharf restaurant can be opening for access to the Champagne Garden and or the Cuban Lounge.
With polished concrete floors, the room is a blank canvas suited for workshops, long lunches or weddings.
Set well below street level and somewhat reminiscent of outdoor establishments around the world, the garden is the perfect place to enjoy our fantastic Queensland weather whilst sipping on a range of champagnes.
Set in the basement of the old historic building, the bar exudes a charm of travel of yesteryear. Fitted out with chesterfield couches,
Antique lamps, vintage trunks and an extensive wine list form around the globe. Sit back, enjoy a glass or two in a comfortable relaxed environment.
